Shiseido Waso Clear Mega Hydrating Cream | A Little Wonder

I think it’s the first time I’m around here talking about a day cream, and definitely the first time I’m so enthusiastic about it. To put things back into perspective I’ve never been too bothered about day cream. With my oily, acne-prone skin (#glamour) I always had to look for a daily moisturiser that would control shine, excess sebum or help with acne and I never found that very exciting.

But now that my skin is better, I can actually venture outside my uncomfortable acne-prone zone and see what’s out there in the world of moisturisers. This is why I was so happy to receive this new Clear Mega Hydrating Cream* to try. (more…)

Lush Diary #51 | Thundersnow | Christmas Collection

As previously mentioned, I’m done with the Halloween Lush bath bombs, so it’s time to move on to the Christmas collection.

Tried and Tested | The Nars Velvet Matte Foundation Stick

2017 will have been the year when I kept founding my favourite foundation ever. It’s quite unusual for me because for the longest time I was struggling to find a foundation that I liked, never mind one that I loved. But this year I found a bunch that I really enjoy.

Finally this autumn I stumbled upon the new Nars stick foundation, the Velvet Matte Foundation*. This is the reason I’m here again, talking about yet another ‘best foundation I’ve tried. (more…)

Lush Diary #50 | Bewitched | Halloween Collection

We’re on our way to Christmas now (we can even say the c-word) and though Halloween’s season’s technically over, I’ve still got one bath bomb from the Halloween Lush collection to talk to you about. I’m a little bit late but when I last checked, the collection was still available (at least online.)

This last Halloween bath bomb of the year is a bubble bar called Bewitched*. (more…)

Lush Diary #49 | Pink Pumpkin | Halloween Collection

I’m a little bit late to still be talking about halloween products, but seeing as they’re still available on the Lush website, and probably in shops too, I take the little time I have left to tell you how good they are.

As I was saying in my overview of the Lush Halloween collection, I fell head over heels in love with Sparkly Pumpkin (the orange version of Pink Pumpkin) and that’s why I was so excited to try Pink Pumpkin*. (more…)
